Waiting to be early

The last day of early voting Friday brought a long line at the Fayette County Commission meeting room in downtown Fayetteville, but the wait wasn't terribly long. There will be no early voting Monday and those who haven't voted must visit their precinct Tuesday, Nov. 6, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. to cast their ballots. Weather forecasts call for a good chance for rain Tuesday morning, tapering off later in the day. We'll post election results as they come in Tuesday night at www.TheCitizen.com. Photo/John Munford.
