Veterans salute the flag in PTC ceremony

Ben Malcom spoke of the behind the scenes maneuvers conducted in the Korean War, as veterans from that war were presented with special certificates from the U.S. Department of Defense in honor of their service in protecting South Korea from Communist forces.
