Scout wins iPod Touch

Sam Bohdan of Fayetteville was a winner of an Ipod Touch from the Flint River Council district of the Boy Scouts of America. He sold over $600 for Pack 212 to be eligible for the drawing. Many of his sales were for military donations to be sent overseas or used at the Atlanta USO.

Government

The qualifying period for municipals elections is complete. With that, the November election will see contested races in Peachtree City, Tyrone, Senoia, Fayetteville and Sharpsburg.
