All Saints Anglican in Peachtree City will host Christmas Music Recital Dec. 4

All Saints Anglican Church in Peachtree City will host a free Christmas music recital in its sanctuary on Saturday, Dec. 4 at 7 p.m. The theme for the event is “Home For The Holidays.”

The presentation will be organized and led by All Saints music director Shannon Bryan who will accompany guest soprano Chelsea Buyalos. LeeLee Hunter will also perform solo classical guitar.

A small sampling of the music includes, “I’ll Be Home For Christmas,” “Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desiring,” “Do You Hear What I Hear?,” “Ave Maria,” and “Oh Holy Night.” The artists will comment on the pieces and the composers during the program, which is expected to last an hour and a half, and be available for questions and discussion.

Bryan has been music director at All Saints for several years. She has extensive experience as music director, pianist, piano instructor, violinist, music operations manager and educator at various organizations.

Soprano Chelsea Buyalos, currently enrolled at the Peabody Conservatory of Music, has a distinguished background in classical music having made her operatic debut in Rome in operas by Mozart, Pergolesi and Villa-Lobos.

Guitarist LeeLee Hunter is also enrolled at the Peabody Conservatory and is now in her third year of classical guitar study.

All Saints Anglican Church is at 225 South Peachtree Parkway on the corner of Windgate Road.
