Advent services begin at WOG tonight
Word of God Lutheran Church invites the community to attend mid-week Advent worship services on Wednesday evenings beginning Wed., Nov. 27. Prior to the service snacks and dessert will be served at 6:30 p.m., with the service beginning at 7 p.m.  Advent services in December will be held on Dec. 4,11, and 18. The services will be preceded by a soup and bread meal at 6:15 p.m., with the service beginning at 7 p.m. Word of God is at 303 Kelly Drive, Suite 10, Peachtree City. St. Andrews Christmas fair coming up
The ladies of the Episcopal Church Women (ECW) at St. Andrew’s-in-the-Pines, Peachtree City will host their  2013 Fine Art & Crafts Christmas Fair, Bazaar and Golden Elephant Sale. Saturday, Dec. 7 from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. in the Parish Hall of the church. Juried vendors will be selling fine art, textiles, jewelry, stain glass, art glass, ceramics, hand-made jams, jellies and sweets, angel art and more.  ECW will be selling an array of homemade baked goods, textiles and Golden Elephant items.
