still there and the people in it are as good as they were, there are just more bad people in numbers as the population grows.

All I can tell you is that I see a lot of goodness in America, so I would encourage everyone to just get a grip on it. Turn off the TV, look around you for someone to help and remember who's birthday we are going to celebrate.

In the midst of this darkness, He is still the light. Those children are in the palm of His hand and the grief of their parents will be healed by Him.

I've seen numerous clever and poignant cartoons about the Sandy Hook tragedy. This one is by far the most powerful. As a Connecticut resident and Newtown volunteer, it's even more so.

Bravo to Mr. Bok. He truly captured the anguish of it all.
