Hatton-Gardner - engagement

Larry Hatton of Louisville, Ky. and Susan Sharp of Mesa, Ariz. announce the engagement of their daughter, Katherine Rae Hatton, to Shane Curtis Gardner, son of Curtis and Marilee Gardner of Tyrone.

The bride-to-be is a 2006 graduate of Tate’s Creek High School. She served a volunteer two-year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. She attended LDS Business College and is currently working.

The groom-elect is a 2007 Sandy Creek High School graduate. He served a volunteer two year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Curitiba Brazil. He is currently pursuing a bachelors’ degree.

The wedding will be Dec. 30, 2011, in the Louisville Temple, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. After a honeymoon cruise, the couple will reside in Georgia.
