Agnes Theresa Heinz Fountaine of Peachtree City

Mrs. Agnes Theresa Heinz Fountaine of Peachtree City, Ga. formerly of Lake Zurich, Ill. passed away on Dec. 23, 2012 at the age of 86.

Mrs. Fountaine was a devoted, caring and loving wife and mother. She is preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Warren A. Fountaine.

She is survived by her children, Delores A. Hansen & husband Kenneth of Peachtree City, Warren L. Fountaine & wife Cathy of Lake Zurich, Ill., Glenn A. Fountaine & wife Rose of Long Grove, ll, Denise L. Dineen & husband William of Peachtree City, Marlene T. Fountaine & husband Clint Scheidler of Valparaiso, Ind., and Mark T. Fountaine of San Jose, Calif.; 11 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 4 grandchildren by marriage and 5 great-grandchildren by marriage.

A funeral mass was held Thursday, Dec. 27, 2012 at 11am at Holy Trinity Catholic Church where Father Pavol Brenkus officiated.

The family received friends Thursday prior to the service at Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Peachtree City. In lieu of flowers, the family requested memorial donations to St. Vincent de Paul, Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 101 Walt Banks Rd., Peachtree City, Ga. 30269.
