Ms. Ba Dat (Xuan/Sue Ann) Caldwell of Peachtree City died December 23, 2010.

Ba Dat was the owner of Sue Ann Alterations in Peachtree City.

She is survived by her sons, Andy Caldwell and his wife Teresa of Charlotte; Jason Caldwell of Newnan; grandchildren, Tyler Caldwell, Shea Caldwell and Raina Caldwell, all of Charlotte; sister, Hong Nguyen of Peachtree City; brother, Dung Nguyen of Vietnam; step mother, Ban Nguyen of Vietnam; niece Yen Do and nephew Khang Ha , both of Peachtree City.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 30, 2010 at 2:00 PM at the chapel of Carl J. Mowell & Son (Peachtree City). Interment will immediately follow at Westminster Memorial Gardens.
