Eleven-year-old Allison Spinney passed the Georgia Master Beekeeping Program, Certified Beekeeper test in September.
Allison is one of the youngest beekeepers to pass the test in Georgia.
She attended the Coweta 4H beekeeping program for a year, learning and preparing for the test. Spinney and her mother, Denise, are members of the Coweta Beekeepers Association.
Allison is a sixth-grader at the Georgia Cyber Academy and lives in Peachtree City with her parents.
